Them Floors Need Sandin'

We have decided to take on the project of redoing our floors. So, we tore up all the carpet on the first floor, to expose the hardwood. We rented a sander from good ol' Lowes, and Mark, Doris, Laura, and I dove right in!

Sadly, sanders don't really like paint that much... so our project will take a little bit longer than we expected. The process will be posted in the future.

Meanwhile Mark took out a door for us. We are going to wall it up (photos to come later).

The Shed

In the back of our house we had a shed that we did not want. We decided to give it to Mark for all of his help on our house. So, our job for a Saturday was to move the shed. It was a fun project.

At least if it flooded the shed would stay dry. After a slow and steady drive over to Mark and Doris' we delivered the shed to its new home.
